Healthy Smiles Forever provides improved oral health through implementation of screening, treatment and preventive services in assisted-living and long-term care nursing facilities. In 2016 HSF started serving the 85 residents at Prestige Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care Center. HSF expanded and built a clinic to begin serving the approximately 165 residents of the Anchorage Pioneer Home in 2019, and again in 2021 with the opening of the clinic in Maple Springs in Palmer, helping an additional 75 residents. HSF provides preventive services, restorative services, denture services and non-surgical extractions in the on-site dental clinics one to two days a week.
